USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
HEART/NSTA TRUST collects and uses your personal information to operate the HEART/NSTA Trust website and deliver the user-requested services. HEART/NSTA Trust also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from HEART/NSTA Trust and its affiliates. HEART/NSTA Trust may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
